 For the past decade Jessica Lane has been an award-winning industry leader in the Fairfield and Westchester real estate markets. Jessica and her team have been responsible for over $3 billion in transactions and consistently achieve record-breaking sales throughout Greenwich and surrounding towns like New Canaan, Westport, Darien and Stamford. An out-of-the-box thinker, Jessica believes in marrying the practice of digital strategy with the artistry of marketing which led to her being named 2021 Millennial Entrepreneur of the Year by the Westchester Fairfield Business Journal.

For Jessica, real estate is more than a career - it’s a lifelong passion. Her enchantment with the industry began in her hometown of Greenwich, where she became captivated by the architectural wonders tucked alongside countryside vistas. She got her professional start in a corporate setting in construction management and then expanded to marketing support for an international luxury firm specializing in properties in NYC, Paris, Venice, and Marrakesh.

After returning from Park Slope to Greenwich, she was recruited by one of the area’s preeminent real estate brokers and began in a management role before eventually finding her calling as a Real Estate Advisor. As a Founding Member and Regional Operations Director of the Serhant. Connecticut office, Jessica and her team represent a diverse client base ranging from high-net-worth individuals, sports & entertainment leaders and C-suite executives to the surrounding medical community, international relocations, and first-time homebuyers.

Possessing a tenacious work ethic and competitive nature honed from a background in athletics, Jessica prides herself on providing honest, data-driven advice and discrete, results-oriented service.

Jessica’s sanctuaries outside of real estate revolve around technology, art, and nature. She actively participates in local book clubs and loves nurturing gardens. She enjoys taking morning swims and is a foodie who indulges in exploring new area restaurants and visiting comedy clubs and plays. Jessica is a proud champion of animal welfare, mental health and lupus awareness, choosing to dedicate a portion of all her closings to charitable organizations.
